Tennessee Rules of Evidence is a set of rules that govern what information can be shared with the finder of fact.

The current edition of the rules became effective July 1, 2022.  The rules are amended from time to time, with changes usually effective on July 1 in the year they are approved by a resolution passed in the Tennessee House of Representatives and the Tennessee Senate.
