Advice to Non-Lawyers

The rules of evidence are complicated.  The rules are supplemented by court decisions, which provide further understanding on what the rules mean and how they are applied.

Non-lawyers are advised to seek the help of a lawyer in preparing and trying a case to a judge or jury.  The failure to do so will adversely and materially impact your ability to successfully bring or defend the lawsuit.
